He attended primary school at Sheikh Ali Kumasi Madrasa (an Arabic school). He was so business minded from child hood. He used to sell sweets while at school just to make profits.
He later went to college in Egypt and continued with university studies in Cairo, Egypt. Aliko started establishing the Dangote group at his 20s as a little trade firm. This little firm later grew with time to be the biggest conglomerate in the continent. The Dangote group delt in food processing, cement manufacturing, they were also suppliers of soft drinks in the country alongside others.
When Aliko Dangote was done with university studies, he took a loan of 500.000 Naira (about 2.500$ then) from his grand father, a loan he was supposed to pay in 3 years maximum.
With this loan, Dangote moved to Lagos with an uncle of his. He started importing rice from Thailand and sugar from Brazil which he sold to the local population of Nigeria. His business saw tremendous growth as he made profits of up to 10000$ in some days. He repaid his loan in 3 months instead of three years.
As his business grew, he realized that to become a true billionaire, he had to move from buying and selling to total manufacturing. He started sugar manufacturing, cement, backing flour and a lot more. He always reinvested all his profits back to the business and diversified production as much as he could.

WHY MARCUS RASHFORD WAS ABSENT FOR THE FULHAM GAME

Manchester United's decision to exclude Marcus Rashford from their Premier League match against Fulham has been clarified. The absence of our number 10 was due to injury as the team bounced back from consecutive home defeats to Manchester City and Newcastle United with a 1-0 victory over Fulham, courtesy of Bruno Fernandes' late goal. In the morning, Rashford underwent a fitness test where it was determined that he was not fit to play. Erik ten Hag confirmed this during his pre-match interview with TNT Sports, stating that Rashford had traveled with the team but his leg injury did not improve sufficiently. When questioned about whether Rashford would have been in the starting lineup considering r

Paris climate agreement. U.S.A steps out.

The Paris Climate agreement was reached between 194 countries, the U.S.A inclusive. On June 1, President Donald Trump announced that the United States would withdraw from the Paris Agreement on climate change. This decision threatens our security, our public health and welfare, our economic prosperity, and our clean energy industry, which supports millions of U.S. jobs. It threatens the air we breathe and the water we drink. It threatens our ecosystems and disproportionately affects the most vulnerable people on our planet. Withdrawing from the Paris Agreement does not represent the will of the American people. The probable reason President Donald Trump chose to withdraw from the agreement was because of the awareness of the fact that being a part of the agreement will imply cutting down emissions from the U.S industrial sector to a certain proportion and as a business minded tycoon, he saw it as a weakness to the economy of the United States.
