Daphne, real names NJIE Efundem Daphne is a Cameroonian afro pop artist. She was born on the 20th of September 1989 in Buea in the South west Region of Cameroon but she grew up in the Littoral Region - Douala. Biography of Daphne Njie Daphne NJIE studied psychology and law in the University of Buea. Her love for music and singing started back in her primary school days. She sang in her school choir and in the church choir. Daphne had her first tour to the studio while at the University of Buea, doing back up vocals for other artists.
