Accident: 10 dead in Douala.


Yesterday 17th of November was a sad one in the economic capital of Cameroon, Douala as numerous accidents resulted to 10 deaths.

 The most terrifying case in point was the grinding of 7 bike boys in 'Village' (Ndog passi) by a heavy duty truck that ran out of control... they all died on the spot.

Earlier cases were witnessed in the localities of Bonapriso.
The accidents were all blamed by onlookers to bad roads and numerous road side businesses and markets that encroach deep into the roads, leaving virtually very little space for passage of vehicles.

Paris climate agreement. U.S.A steps out.

The Paris Climate agreement was reached between 194 countries, the U.S.A inclusive. On June 1, President Donald Trump announced that the United States would withdraw from the Paris Agreement on climate change. This decision threatens our security, our public health and welfare, our economic prosperity, and our clean energy industry, which supports millions of U.S. jobs. It threatens the air we breathe and the water we drink. It threatens our ecosystems and disproportionately affects the most vulnerable people on our planet. Withdrawing from the Paris Agreement does not represent the will of the American people.
