Joseph Dion N. was born on March 12, 1954 in Bongongo Barombi in the Ndian department of the South West region. H.E Joseph Dion Nguti, New Prime Minister of the Republic of Cameroon From 1966 to 1971, he did his secondary and high school in Buea, where he obtained the GCE Advanced Level. From 1973 to 1977, he studied at the University of Yaounde ll and obtained a degree in law.
