Accidents have become an everyday phenomena in the country. These accidents might have resulted from;

- The controversy that exists with the forces of law and order. They ought to see to it that speed limits, loading regulations, states of cars are all in conformity. But on the contrary, they prefer to collect a token from defaulters and let them get away.
- Importation of second handed automobiles en mass.
- Reckless driving on the part of drivers, some drink and drive.
All these and a lot more account for the rampant accidents in our nation.
