Ayeah Leonette is her name and she is the smart lady who transforms waste tyres into beautiful and valuable home furniture and decoration. She started off with Tyre recycling as just an activity that kept her satisfied. Along the line, she found ways to be able to make some earnings through the marketing of her recycled items. She has been in this honorable domain for over 3 years now.

Her job/hobby doesn't just create value to her clients, but also helps solve pertinent contemporary environmental issues ( SDG 12, 14, 15).

Ayeah also faces a couple challenges in this domain, amongst which are insufficient equipment for the processing/recycling process, a limited market for her products and the absence of incentives.

This at times leaves her with no choice than trying out other ways to make ends meet.

However, she always comes back to her true passion, the fabrication of valuable items from waste tyres.

You may need to top up the glow of your living space with her colorful works🤗
